If a product offered by URJA BAGS itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

The List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.

Shipping Policy

• As soon as the customer books a product online, the order confirmation with the order is sent to the registered email of the customer.
• Order is generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing it, if the order is customised it will take four days to dispatch the order.
• All the orders placed online will be dispatched by a standard courier providing pan-India services.
• After the dispatch, courier tracking number along with the bill will be sent to the registered email of the customer.
• We do not charge for the shipping.
• Kindly refer the return and exchange policy to know the dispatch charges from customer to URJA BAGS.
