Return & Exchange policy

Delivering a quality bag is our utmost priority. We maintain the quality checks for each and every handmade bag we manufacture. The Refund / Return / Exchange / Cancellation policies will NOT be applicable to products on SALE or BULK ORDERS or any customised order.

For your hassle-free purchase, we happily offer refund/exchange/or cancellation as per the following policies:

REFUND

  1. Refunds will be issued in case you receive a wrong product. Wrong products include products delivered to you are totally different than that you have ordered.
  2. Refunds will be issued in case you receive a defective/damaged products from Urja Bags. Customers are advised to make an unpacking video of the product immediately after receiving it.

        A. The refund must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. As well as send the unpacking video to the customer care number. The refund can alternately be initiated by email to info@urjabags.com.

            B. The team will analyse and decide the refund for your purchase and it will be communicated to you by the customer care team.

3. The shipping will be taken care by the Urja Bags. The customers will have to pack the product securely in order to send back the product to us.

4. Refund will NOT be given apart from the two situations mentioned above.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and often with some common objects kept inside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product.

All this is done to empower you to take the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

Before you initiate the purchase select the product carefully and verify. Confirm the shopping cart after your verification.

  1. We accept return only to exchange the product with same amount or higher than the purchased product.
  2. Shipping charges will be on the customer side for returning the product.
  3. For any return or exchange you need to contact the customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customers need to send the request by email to info@urjabags.com or whatsapp at the customer care number.

CANCELLATION

  1. Cancellation of the purchase has to be initiated within 4 hours of purchase by sending an email to info@urjabags.com or whatsapp at the customer care number.
  2. Once the order is shipped for delivery, cancellation will not be applicable
  3. After the discussion and confirmation with support team, any refund of the cancelled purchase will be initiated immediately.
  4. Any order in transit to your address, if cancelled by you, will be treated as per Refund/Exchange policy as stated earlier.

Return/Exchange Process Guidelines

Initiation: A requests must be made within the stipulated time as mentioned in each of refund/return/exchange/cancellation case.

Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact

Return Process: Contact our customer service team at info@urjabags.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as URJA BAGS is not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit note will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Timing: Once your order has been successfully cancelled, we will initiate the refund process within 24 to 48 hours. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable)

1.These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days.

2.If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again.

3.Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
