  • Step 3: Confirmation of Cancellation – We will respond to your request, confirming receipt and informing you of the status of your order cancellation. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process your cancellation with no additional charges and you will receive a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed for shipment.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will instead need to be processed as a return under our Refund Policy.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be subject to cancellation if production has already commenced.
